Heralding from Logan, Utah, Toph grew up in a creative family. He began designing his education when he took a two year break from college to serve a Spanish-speaking service mission in Texas and Arizona. He found his passion for making lives better as he taught english, organized community outreach events, served as a leader, and realized he loved helping people grow. He graduated in Communication Studies with an emphasis in interculturalism and influence. During school, Toph worked for the courts as logistics wizard and the designer of the state judiciary newsletter. He was invited to work on the creative team to help develop differentisin.com—a brand designed to help students capitalize on the qualities that make them unique. His desire to understand people and the role that relationships play in organizational structure brought him to Experience Institute. Toph dreams of combating the forces of evil and owning the most diverse sock collection in the world.
